Our Process

PHASE 1

Procurement

We use richest Indian spices with aroma and taste. For us, the quality control exercise begins at the farms (at the producing centers) where our teams of experts handpick best crops.
PHASE 2

Drying

We ensure proper drying of spices under natural sunlight and roasted whenever necessary to eliminate excess moisture content.
PHASE 3

Cleaning

All our materials are scientifically cleaned to eliminate impurities and maintain nutritional level of spies.
PHASE 4

Grinding

We have unique multi-stage grinding process with a controlled temperature system. This process retains the natural flavor, taste and color of spices.
PHASE 5

Quality Control

We maintain quality starting from our spices to manufacturing process and final packaging. Government approved Lab Testing are done for ground spices.
PHASE 6

Packaging

Spices are packed in fully automated machines. Packaging system is convenient, waterproof and modern packaging helps longer shelf life retain freshness,flavor and aroma.
