Black Salt Powder

Black Salt is also known as kala namak or sanchal, Himalayan Black Salt. Black Salt commonly known as sanchal, kala namak is a pungent smelling, pinkish – grey coloured salt extensively used in Indian cuisine. It is available as whole chunks or in powdered form.

Vruj Black salt is used as salad dressings, in drinks or in cooked foods. It is also a key flavouring agent in many types of meals, such as pani puri. Black salt has antioxidant properties and has surprisingly low sodium levels. It also contains important minerals like iron, calcium, and magnesium, which are essential to healthy bodies. Black salt stimulates bile production in the liver, and helps control heartburn and bloating.
