Shahi Biryani Masala
Shahi Biryani Masala is a spice blend typically used to flavour vegetarian Biryani, a popular Indian rice dish. which are ground and mixed together to create a unique and flavourful masala. This masala adds a rich and aromatic taste to the Biryani, making it a delicious and satisfying meal.
Vruj Shahi Biryani Masala can be used by adding it to the rice and vegetable mixture while cooking Biryani, or by sprinkling it on top of the dish before serving. Step 2 : Add 2 tsp Vruj Biryani Masala to 1/2 cup curd and mix. Grease bowl with ghee and spread 1 cup rice layer it with marinated vegetables like green-peas, cauliflower, potato and carrot. Spread remaining rice over vegetables. Pour 3 tbsp ghee, cover and cook on low flame for 15 mins.
Step 3 : Garnish with coriander, mint leaves and serve hot with raita.
