Chhole Masala
Chhole masala is a popular spice blend used in Indian cuisine to prepare a curry dish called "chhole" or "chole." Chhole is a North Indian dish made with chickpeas (also known as garbanzo beans) cooked in a flavourful and aromatic tomato-based gravy.
The Vruj Chhole Masala powder is added to the curry while cooking to infuse it with its distinct flavours. It gives the dish a rich and robust taste, along with a warm and earthy aroma. The spices in chhole masala are known for their digestive properties, making the dish not just delicious but also beneficial for digestion.
It can be used not just for chhole curry but also for other dishes like chhole bhature (a popular street food), chhole tikki (a snack made with chickpea).
Step 2 : Now add 2 tbsp Vruj Chhole Masala and stir for 3 mins on a low flame. Add 3 slit green chillies, 1/2 inch finelysliced ginger, boiled chhana, salt totaste and cookfor 5 mins.
Step 3 : To enhance flavour, add 1/5 tsp Vruj Chaat Masala and Vruj Kasuri Methi.
Step 4 : Serve Chhole with Kulchas or Bhature.
