Lahsuniya Aloo is one of those Potato Recipes, which is a famous snacks of the vibrant state of Gujarat in western India. This Gujarati style Lahsuniya Aloo is a spicy and garlicky small potatoes dish that is simple, yet loaded with flavours. Since the recipe also uses all plant-based ingredients, it is also a lovely vegan dish that can be easily made at home. Serve it with your choice of Indian pav bread, rice pipe and masala peanuts for a yummy, satisfying meal.

 

Step 1 : Boil 1 kg potato and cut it into pieces. In a bowl add whole packet of Vruj Lahsuniya Aloo Masala in water and make a thick paste. Now add 8 spoons (150 ml) oil in a pan, add Vruj Lahsuniya Aloo Masala paste and stir. Add boiled potatoes and cook well for 2-3 minutes. Serve Vruj Lahsuniya Aloo with pav and masala peanuts.
Step 2 : Vruj Lahsuniya Aloo Masala can also be used in Besan (Gram Flour) Chilla, Dosa, Fried Rice, Vegetable curry and other snacks.
