Shahi Paneer Masala
Shahi Paneer is a popular Indian vegetarian dish prepared with paneer (Indian cottage cheese) cooked in a rich and creamy tomato-based gravy. It is a specialty of Mughlai cuisine, known for its richness and use of aromatic spices. The dish gets its name "Shahi," which means royal, due to the luxurious and indulgent flavours it offers.

Step 2 : Add blanched tomato puree and stir for 5-7 minutes till oil separates. Add 2 tsp of Vruj Shahi Paneer Masala, Vruj Turmeric Powder, Vruj Chilli Powder and salt to taste. Cook till gravy leaves oil. Add 2 tsp
Step 3 : Melon seeds (magaz) paste, 1 tsp cashew nutsfine paste, 50g fresh cream and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 4 : In Vegetables add 1/2 cup of hot water, then add paneer pieces or cook for few minutes. Garnish with green coriander leaves, fresh cream and serve hot with roti or naan.
