Heat ghee in a pan. Add roughly ground urad dal flour to it and keep stirring it on low flame.
Now pour some milk in it, mix it and cook for 2-3 minutes, now add Vruj Adadiya Masala, dry fruits and mix it well.
To make sugar syrup, heat water in a pan add sugar to it and cook till it becomes thick syrup. Add sugar syrup in the prepared urad dal mixture and cook well for 3-4 minutes, now give it a nice shape and garnish it with dry fruits.
