Take 300g paneer and cut into thick cube. Heat 6 tbsp oil/ghee in a pan. Add 3 medium size onions paste and stir till golden brown.
Add blanched tomato puree and stir for 5-7 minutes till oil separates. Add 2 tsp of Vruj Shahi Paneer Masala, Vruj Turmeric Powder, Vruj Chilli Powder and salt to taste. Cook till gravy leaves oil. Add 2 tsp
Melon seeds (magaz) paste, 1 tsp cashew nutsfine paste, 50g fresh cream and cook for 3 minutes.
In Vegetables add 1/2 cup of hot water, then add paneer pieces or cook for few minutes. Garnish with green coriander leaves, fresh cream and serve hot with roti or naan.
