To make mint water for 100 puries, in a blender take mint leaves, green coriander leaves, ginger, green chilies, lemon juice and grind until its smooth paste.
Add this mint paste into a large bowl, add 3 tbsp Vruj Panipuri Masala, Vruj Cumin Powder, Vruj Rock Salt and Vruj Hing Powder as per taste to 1.5It cold water then chill and strain.
Serve chilled mint water with gol gappas.
