Boil 1 kg potato and cut it into pieces. In a bowl add whole packet of Vruj Lahsuniya Aloo Masala in water and make a thick paste. Now add 8 spoons (150 ml) oil in a pan, add Vruj Lahsuniya Aloo Masala paste and stir. Add boiled potatoes and cook well for 2-3 minutes. Serve Vruj Lahsuniya Aloo with pav and masala peanuts.
Vruj Lahsuniya Aloo Masala can also be used in Besan (Gram Flour) Chilla, Dosa, Fried Rice, Vegetable curry and other snacks.
