Cook 100g Tur Dal for 20 mins with cut vegetables (Drum Stick, Bottle Gourd, Brinjal, Potato, Tomato, Onion).
Add 2 tbsp. of thick tamarind juice, salt and 2tbsp of Vruj Sambhar Masala. For tadka heat 3tbsp of oil, add 2tsp mustard seeds, 5 curry leaves, 2 dry chilies, pinch of Vruj Hing (Asafetida) Powder.
Add this tadka todal mixture, add water if required. Boil for 2 mins and serve hot.
