In 5 tbsp oil stir fry 2 chopped onion, 2 green chillies, 2 cloves of garlic, 10 cashew nuts, 1 tbsp poppy seeds, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp Vruj Kasuri Methi, 1 inch chopped ginger.
Add 0.5 cupwater, cookfor 5 mins and grind tofine paste. In a pan stirfry paste in 3 tbsp ghee for 2 mins. Add 2 pureed tomatoes, 1 tsp Vruj Chilli Powder, 1.5 tsp Vruj Turmeric Powder and 2 tbsp Vruj Kitchen King Masala. Now add 1 cup boiled peas and cook till ghee separates. Add 0.5 cupwater and 250g fried paneer. Cook for 10 mins and serve hot.
