In a pan heat 8 tbsp oil add 3 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute.
Add 3 tomato puree, 2 tsp Vruj Red Chilli Powder, 2 tbsp Vruj Undhiya Masala, 1 tsp Vruj Turmeric Powder and 1 tsp Vruj Cumin Powder, pinch of Vruj Hing Powder and salt to taste. Cook till the oil separates from the mixture.
Then add 1 large diced potato, 1 diced brinjal, 50g chopped french beans and 50g sweet potato, mixed beans and gram Flour (besan) muthiya. Mix well, add water if required. Cover and cook on a very slow flame for 20-30 minutes.
Stir occasionally but gently so that the diced vegetables do not disintegrate. Take off flame and garnish serve hot with roti and paratha.
