Heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan, add 250g boiled and mashed potatoes, 4 tbsp Vruj Dabeli Masala and salt as per taste. Cook for 2 minutes by mixing well to form a filling.
Take 10 dabeli pav. Slit each pav horizontally keeping one side intact. Apply tamarind chutney on one side of pav and green chilli chutney on the other side.
Stuff 2 tbsp of above filling and top up with chopped onion, masala peanuts and sev just before serving, roast each dabeli from both sides on a hot tawa for a minute with butter. Garnish with sev and serve hot.
