Boil 300g Basmati Rice. In hot pan add 3 tbsp oil, fry 3 sliced onions, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste. Add puree of 2 tomatoes, Vruj Chilli Powder, Vruj Turmeric Powder and cook till oil separates
Add 2 tsp Vruj Biryani Masala to 1/2 cup curd and mix. Grease bowl with ghee and spread 1 cup rice layer it with marinated vegetables like green-peas, cauliflower, potato and carrot. Spread remaining rice over vegetables. Pour 3 tbsp ghee, cover and cook on low flame for 15 mins.
Garnish with coriander, mint leaves and serve hot with raita.
